Sponsored listings are always labelled "Sponsored". Payment never affects reviews, verification badges or the order of unsponsored listings.
Claiming a listing
Listings added from public licensing records show an Is this your kennel? box. Claiming costs £6.99, one-off. We verify you against the licence number, your Royal Kennel Club affix or your website domain before handing the listing over, and refund the fee if we cannot.
Refunds and cancellation
Daily boosts start on the date you choose; you can cancel for a full refund until they start, and pro rata after. Monthly slots can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid month. Consumer customers have a 14-day cancellation right; by starting a boost within that period you agree that the service begins immediately.
