Prices are per placement; longer bookings cost less a month. Up to 3 paid adverts share a placement, and a site-wide advert uses one of those slots everywhere. Where a page also carries adverts booked for a wider area (a county above a town, a breed group above a breed), the paid adverts share the sidebar in hourly rotation. A single page has one exclusive sponsor. Adverts are 300 × 250 or 300 × 600 pixels, labelled "Advertisement", and checked before they go live. Breeders with a Premium profile have no adverts on their own profile page. Prices are for a new directory and will be reviewed as traffic grows; your booked price never changes.
How it works
- Choose where your advert shows: site-wide, or on the breed, industry, location and guide pages your customers read. Book one placement or many.
- Upload your advert (300 × 250 or 300 × 600 pixels) and the web address it should open.
- Pay online. We check every advert against our listing rules, usually within two working days, and refund it in full if we cannot accept it.
- Your advert runs for the full period you booked, labelled “Advertisement”, and you can see its clicks in your account.
We do not accept adverts for puppies or dogs from sellers without the licence the law requires, for banned breeds, or that make health or welfare claims we cannot check. Breeders with a Premium profile have no adverts on their own profile page.
