We only remove or change a listing for the business itself. Pick one way. One is enough.

A photo from your phone is fine (JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB). It must show the business name and the address. Cover anything we do not need, such as bank details.

2What is the problem?

Is a dog suffering right now? Call the RSPCA on 0300 1234 999 (England and Wales) or the Scottish SPCA on 03000 999 999. In Northern Ireland, call your local council. Lost money to a scam? Report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040, or in Scotland to the police on 101. If someone is in danger, call 999.

We use your details only to deal with this request. Documents are deleted 90 days after we finish with them. Privacy notice

Why we ask for proof

We only remove or change a listing for the business itself. That way nobody can take a breeder off the site, or change their page, by pretending to be them.

Reporting a concern needs no proof, and you can stay anonymous.

With a code on your website, a removal happens in minutes. Other requests are checked by a person within 5 working days.

An advert that breaks our listing rules or the law comes down within 12 working hours.
